IGI SALAZAR | ON SURFING 60-80 FOOT WAVES AND CONFRONTING GREAT WHITES

Feb 26, 2018

Igi Salazar is a professional big wave charger, who joins us in the studio, straight off the plane from surviving 60-80-foot surf in freezing cold, shark infested waters, where he literally came face to face with a man eating Great White Shark. The man has balls of steal, and his ruthless commitment to surfing the biggest waves on the planet is being carried over to his business life, as he looks to breakdown stigmatised and bureaucratic walls and drive the medicinal marijuana industry in Australia, with his Hemp & Heal venture. I love this little man with a lion sized heart.

You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, ‘I lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.’ – Eleanor Roosevelt
